Hotel New Otani Tokyo The Main

The staff were friendly and excellent, and the location only 4 stops on the metro from Ginza is perfect - giving tranquility but only 15 minutes from the bustle of central Tokyo. The spacious rooms and amazing bathrooms with natural light from the windows were a great feature. The special touches like slippers for the kids and yukata to wear were appreciated. The restaurants offered delicious meals and the views from the upper restaurants were beautiful. Easy access to the metro station made getting around Tokyo quite easy.

Beautiful Japanese gardens, accommodating staff, convenient location, excellent amenities, clean rooms, variety of dining options.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a convenient area within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and a metro station. The rooms are stunning, with comfortable beds and views of the beautiful gardens. The staff are super-friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast offers a full choice and is highly rated. The hotel also offers a 12pm check-out and a convenient bus service to the airport.

Limited food options for late check-ins.

the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was very relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful and the garden area was a peaceful oasis.

The in-room breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and freshness.

The bed in the room was amazingly large and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel's beautiful gardens added a touch of charm and tranquility to the overall ambiance. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, and their ability to speak perfect English made communication easy. Plus, the fact that there was a smartphone provided in the room was a pleasant surprise, saving me the hassle of getting a SIM card.

That the hotel was a bit further from the station than I had expected, resulting in a 10-minute walk instead of the 5 minutes I had anticipated. , it was Tokyo marathon weekend, and the breakfast facility struggled to cope with the high volume of guests.

This hotel is an exceptional luxury experience. the exclusive amenities offer a rejuvenating stay. the Spa & wellness centre is well, equipped and provides personalized beauty treatments. the delicious Special diet menu, served in the restaurant, was perfect for our dietary needs. the location of this venue is perfect.

Although the make, up services were exceptional, our in, room breakfast was below expectations. It was too basic for the high rates we paid.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were great too ensure that I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location was superb, being just a short walk from the Asaka-Mitsuke Station, convenient to explore this city's bustling subway system. I loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, providing a wide range of dining options.

I loved the beautiful gardens at New Otani Tokyo The Main. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. The staff at Kyubey Sushi Bar were amazing, especially the chef and his team. And the view of Mt. Fuji from my room was fine. I highly recommend this hotel.
