Hotel New Otani Tokyo The Main

The staff were friendly and excellent, and the location only 4 stops on the metro from Ginza is perfect - giving tranquility but only 15 minutes from the bustle of central Tokyo. the spacious rooms and amazing bathrooms with natural light from the windows were a great feature. the special touches like slippers for the kids and yukata to wear were appreciated. the restaurants offered delicious meals and the views from the upper restaurants were beautiful. Easy access to the metro station made getting around Tokyo quite easy.

Some staff were not overtly helpful and their English could have been slightly better. Checking in early was quite inflexible, which was disappointing especially for families with young children who were jet-lagged.

Beautiful Japanese gardens, accommodating staff, convenient location, excellent amenities, clean rooms, variety of dining options.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is located in a convenient area within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and a metro station. The rooms are stunning, with comfortable beds and views of the beautiful gardens. The staff are super-friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast offers a full choice and is highly rated. The hotel also offers a 12pm check-out and a convenient bus service to the airport.

Limited food options for late check-ins.

the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was very relaxing. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful and the garden area was a peaceful oasis.

The in-room breakfast could have been better in terms of variety and freshness.

The bed in the room was amazingly large and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel's beautiful gardens added a touch of charm and tranquility to the overall ambiance. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their ability to speak perfect English made communication a breeze. Plus, the fact that there was a smartphone provided in the room was a pleasant surprise, saving me the hassle of getting a SIM card.

That the hotel was a bit further from the station than I had expected, resulting in a 10-minute walk instead of the 5 minutes I had anticipated.

Friendly and helpful staff. Massive complex with great variety of restaurants. Japanese garden worth exploring. Rooms are large and comfortable. Excellent service. Amazing food. Beautiful bar with live piano.

This hotel is an exceptional luxury experience. the exclusive amenities offer a rejuvenating stay. the Spa & wellness centre is well, equipped and provides personalized beauty treatments. the delicious Special diet menu, served in the restaurant, was perfect for our dietary needs. the location of this venue is perfect.

Although the make, up services were exceptional, our in, room breakfast was below expectations. It was too basic for the high rates we paid.

Large rooms, great view from big window. Quiet at night, no noise from other rooms. Complementary amenities and sake. Beautiful garden. Friendly staff. Excellent bar with live piano.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location was superb, being just a short walk from the Asaka-Mitsuke Station, which made it incredibly convenient to explore this city's bustling subway system. Additionally, I loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, providing a wide range of dining options.

I loved the beautiful gardens at New Otani Tokyo The Main. The sunrise and sunset views were truly breathtaking. The staff at Kyubey Sushi Bar were amazing, especially the chef and his team. And the view of Mt. Fuji from my room was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hotel New Otani Tokyo The Main. Stepping into the hotel felt like stepping back in time to the 70s, with its nostalgic old-school Japan vibe. It was like walking into a time machine. The hotel's beautiful garden and various facilities added to the overall charm.
